Effective September 16, 2026. Apple’s standard EULA also applies to the iOS app.

1. Operator

Flow is operated by PLLAR, an unincorporated software business based in the United States. By using Flow, you agree to these terms.

2. Your content

You are responsible for what you write in Flow. If you use Share a moment, that text is published on a public link. Use Flow for yourself, not to impersonate others.

3. Coach

Coach replies are generated by Anthropic, a third-party AI company, after you grant permission in the app. Replies may be incomplete or wrong. Flow is not medical care, emergency support, or legal or financial advice.

4. Acceptable use

Do not reverse-engineer, resell, or use Flow to harass, defraud, or harm others. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

5. Access and payment

Anyone can create a Flow account with email, Sign in with Apple, or Google when it is configured. The core loop is free. Flow Pro is an optional subscription charged by Apple. Export and account deletion stay free.

6. Account deletion

You may export or delete your account from You in the app. Deletion revokes active sessions.
